Sales
Moenia Design sells to the trade and retailers only. You can find
our products at fine retailers
in your area. If you are a designer or buyer, please contact your
local Moenia Design sales representative.
For Consumers - If you cannot locate a retailer,
please suggest one.
For Retailers, Designers and Buyers - Please suggest
a sales representative that you like to
work with if you are not already being serviced by one of our valued
sales representatives.
Order Processing - Download credit application (PDF)
and fax back to Moenia Design. Please email all orders to us. This will help
speed up your orders, allow you to receive confirmation if requested, and is
environmentally friendly.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 5 days if it is not already packed and ready for shipment. Special orders require a 50% deposit and cannot be cancelled after 5 days. The deposit is required at the time of order placement.
Order Confirmations and Notifications - All notifications on order confirmations, stock availability, freight charges, status of your shipment, tracking numbers can be provided to you via e-mail. Please provide an e-mail address on your order form. All orders without an email address is assumed to be confirmed or contact us for any special confirmations you need. This is best and environmentally friendly method that we can provide to you.
Back Orders: If an order or portions of an order is backordered, you will be notified by email if (see order confirmation policy above). Back orders cannot be cancelled after 15 days or after order confirmation is sent via email. Back orders will be automatically shipped if it is within 90 days of the back order date. We will email your confirmation of back order or shipment notice per the order confirmation policy.
Returns - All our products are hand crafted and subject to
variability due to the use of natural materials and unique skills of
our artisans. Credit for returns are based on visible damage only
and not due to normal variations expected in hand crafted products. Returns
that are not damaged are subject to a re-stocking charge of 20%.
Minimums - All order/re-order minimums will be $350
effective January 1, 2008. Requests for orders below the minimum
will be charged $30.
Catalogs - Any order will include a free catalog
if requested. The catalog can be requested as part of your normal
order using the part # - MDV2006PRC. Initial requests for a printed catalog
will require a deposit of $25 and this will be credited back if
an order that meets the minimum requirement of $350, is received
within 30 days of the catalog request. All product information will
be available on the web site and you are encouraged to download
the free product line sheets and electronic versions of the
catalog.
This not only provides you fast access to our catalog, the most up
to date catalog, and also is environmentally friendly.
Finance charges and Credit Terms -
Major Credit Cards accepted – Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Net 30 day terms are available for
frequent buyers and major accounts as determined by Moenia Design. On the initial order, please
submit or download and email the credit application along with your
order. A finance charge of 1.75% per month will be charged on all
past due invoices: 1.75% is equal to 21% per annum. Finance charges
must be paid to clear past due invoices as well as for future orders.
Orders pending may be held until past due balances are paid. The
company placing an order agrees to pay any collection costs incurred
to collect the unpaid balance, including interest on the unpaid
balance as allowed by California or Washington state law and any
reasonable attorney's fee incurred. Checks returned by issuers bank
will be assessed a $50 returned check fee for each returned check.
All freight charges are billed separately and determined after an
order is received.
Pricing* - Moenia Design strives to ensure the best
value for the quality of our products. Updated pricelists
will be available by requesting it from our order department at
orders (at) moeniadesign.com; they will supersede any previous pricing. The web site may
have SRPs (Suggested Retail Prices) visible to the general public.
For wholesale prices, please request a pricelist and in the future
you will be able to authenticate on our website to get the exact
wholesale price on every product. This will only be available to
our customers and our sales representatives. Prices

Orders and Shipping (FOB Kent, WA) - Please send
all
orders issued to
“Moenia Design” to our Kent,
WA location.
Remit to and billing (San Francisco, CA) - Please
send all checks to “Accounts Payable - Moenia Design”
at our San Francisco location. For
credit card purchases, your bills will reflect charges from Moenia
Design for orders to “Moenia Design” or “Vintage
Baskets”.
